A bull in a china shop(瓷器店里的公牛)
It said:China is fragile(瓷器是易碎的), bull is rude(牛是粗鲁的), when the bull in a China shop, it would break the China.(当一头公牛进了瓷器店,它很容易就会打碎瓷器)
所以意思是说:在一个需要举止小心得体的场合,闯进一个行为粗鲁、手脚笨拙、会惹麻烦的人。

Literally it means:
The ox or the bull inside Chinaware store.
It seems like an expression referring to often getting in trouble with rude or vulgar people ( not sure of the meaning though).
