Ich lerne Deutsch but if you want to say "I am learning German right now" you can say "Ich lerne gerade Deutsch"

I am learning German (generally) : Ich lerne Deutsch. If you want to say that you are learning German RIGHT NOW then you would say: I bin am Deutsch lernen.
