Hi... Normaly proper name has no right or wrong spelling...

Its fine in both forms and it is your choice how you want to write it. Like in india we write names the way we feel like, changing a letter or two doesn't matter.
Like there are people who write their names as monica and their are some who write as monika.

Both sound fine. :) Yet if I were to pronounce them, I'd say "Na-ta-li-a" but "Na-tal-ya"(or "Na-ta-lya").
