Letteralmente: "Hai un bell'aspetto" anche se non è molto usato colloquialmente.
Io userei:
1) Sei molto bella
2) Sei davvero bella

a) stai [molto] bene,
b) ti trovo bene
c) hai un bell'aspetto
d) stai una bellezza
(d) is for close friends, or parents towards sons and daughters, it has a bit of
encouragement in it.
(b) could be used for instance when you see again somebody you haven't seen
for a while
(a) and (c) might be used in generic situations, like
/ stai molto bene con quel vestito /.
