of course we do as any other celebration :) and there are numerous wishes and duaa' for example: Ramadan Mobarak or Kareem as a title then allahoma adkhilho 3alayna se77a wa salama wa ghofran or allahoma aj3alho chahra maghfira wa ra7ma li jami3i al ommati al islamiya

قال الرسول محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم: من صام رمضان إيمانآ و إحتسابآ ، غفر ما تقدم له من ذنبه. We do send cards you can say few words like Ramadan karrem or Ramadan mobarak or a pray like نسأل الله أن يعيننا على صيامه و قيامه و يكتبنا فيه من المقبولين و أن يجعلنا من عتقائه من النار it mean: we ask allsh to help us in its fast ,and the prayer at its nights and to accept all that from us and make us protected from hell or you can write this hadith by prophet Mohammad [pbuh] من صام رمضان إيماناً و احتساباً,غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه" which translated as "who fasts Ramadan out of faith and seeking reward from Allah ,will have his past sins forgiven " or a prayer such May the holy month of the revelation of Qur'an usherupon you ;peace,happiness and prosperity . And Ramadan mobark for you and for all people too .(^_^)
