how do you say bless you in french? Like when someone sneezes

You can translate "bless you" by "Béni(e) sois-tu", "Sois béni(e)" or "Dieu te bénisse"....
But in France, when we sneeze, we don't say "bless you" but "A vos/tes souhaits".
