what are the difference between provide,offer,afford,supply and furnish.

Provide, supply and furnish mean essentially the same thing. 'Offer' however means to express an intention to provide (or supply or furnish) something.
Basically, offering to provide something is not the same as providing it. The offer would first have to be accepted and then you would actually have to provide it
