Ever Since
Hello!
what's the meaning of "ever since" and how can I use the words on a sentence/phrase?

ever since is used to refer to something that has been happening from a certain time/moment (that should be mentioned) till a certain point in the past (which should also be mentioned) or till now {present} (in this case you do not need to state it)
e.g. For the first case - "Ever since my parents divorced, I have been living with my mother but now my father has also bought a house and I have moved in with him"
........I hope its not to long for you to understand
For the second case - "I have been living with my mother ever since my parents divorced"
.........meaning he is still living with the mother.

The word "ever" emphasises the word "since" (in this context). It could be omitted without really changing the meaning.
