It is more common to say さようなら、お元気で meaning "goodbye, take care" although you can also say さようなら、また会う日まで meaning "goodbye, until we meet again."

You should say さようなら. It means "bye bye".
会うまで is used like また会うひまで. It means "Until we meet again".
If you'd like to say "I am looking forward to seeing you again."
You say "また会うひをたのしみにしています。"
