- Tu has sido muy amable
- Me has ayudado mucho
- Tu ayuda me ha sido de mucha utilidad
- Sin tu amabilidad, mi trabajo sería difícil

If u want to say: You have been very helpful to me
Best choice will be: Has sido de mucha ayuda
Or: me has ayudado bastante.

con grados de intensidad (los de sur-Europa les gusta exagerar :-)
