Hello. Could you tell me please what's the main difference between 耳朵 and 耳?

They're the same meaning in many sides.
I almost can't remember they have any difference.

there are no diffirence both耳朵 and 耳, means ear.
耳 is simple font.

they are the same meaning ,but different usage.耳is simple and also the etyma,rarely used as a single word in conversation , except in literature, in daily life when you want to say ear, use 耳朵。
