Do some people really sing opera in a tea house? Is it usual? Is there a stage in a tea house? For what do they move a stage?

The text '有...了‘ is figurative. For instance, the sentence ' He exploded with rage' ( cited from Oxford dictionary ) do not means the man had been exploded, that is terrifying if that really happen. LOL.
So, the main point is in '在...戏' means 'some of them sing the drama in the tea house'.
You can comprehend the sentence from my translation:
' Some even moved the stage into the tea house, and sing the drama there.'
Rectify me if the translation is not appropriate.

yes ,because the tea hall is large enough to acommodate a small stage for performing from opera to storytelling评书,or even acrobatics. it is just like bands in western restaurants. people can enjoy the performance when drinking tea.
by the way ,they don't move stage to teahouse ,the stage is just there

Yes, they do. The idea of teahouse is very similar to "cafe", as tea is always traditional bevarage in China. People spend time in teahouse talking to their friends, drinking tea or simply just want to spend some time there. For amusement, some of the fancy teahouse do have opera in house.(Just like rock bands play in the bars!)
But I think teahouse is no longer that popular after 2000s. I've never been to a teahouse, so I don't know how do they move the stage..But I've been to a very traditional Beijing restaurant. And during the meal, there were performers playing on a stage which was in the middle of all the tables in the restaurant. It is said that the performers are only performing on Wednesdays and weekends. When there's no performance on a day, the stage is just closed, but they don't move it..
Hope you find this helpful!
