The state fish of Hawaii is called Humuhumunukunukuapua'a (it's pronounced HOO-moo-HOO-moo-NOO-koo-NOO-koo-AH-poo-AH-ah). But there seems to be some dispute about it, according to the following article: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,183094,00.html
