What's the meaning of “on a bigger note”?
In the TV series Felicity season1 episode4, Felicity said to her roommate: "On a bigger note, how could you tell Elena about me and Noel?" Before this, Felicity has blamed her roommate because she had put her underwear into Felicity's fridge. This means her roommate annoyed Felicity again.
Thanks a lot!!

It means they are changing the subject of the conversation to something more important or exciting, thus "bigger".
