What does "You haven't figured one out." mean?

It means you didn't find a way on how to deal with that situation.
eg:
Rick: Hey Jack!! did you think about how to convince your mom?
Jack: No dude!! I haven't figure that out yet!

I heard it as, "You haven't figured that out yet?"

figure out = to get to understand (the situation)
I don't know what the "one" here stands for. Care to elaborate?
