There are a number of slang dictionaries on the web. One problem is that they list a number of slang words and terms that you would almost never hear. It's simply too much. Here are a few phrases:
"Out to lunch" - crazy.
"Screwed" (as in "We're really screwed") = in a bad situation, cheated.
"Rip off" - steal; a "ripoff" is either something which was stolen or something where you pay too much money.
"Haul ass" - move fast (usually away from the current spot).
"Wasted" - high on drugs or alcohol
"Pissed" - (American) angry; (British) drunk
"Three sheets to the wind" - drunk
"Dressed to the nines" - dressed very well.
"Have a cow" - (give birth to a cow) = get overly exited or panicky about something.
"Chill out" - calm down
"Wound up" - very tense, nervous
"Wired" - Very tense due to coffee or high on some drug.
"Buzz kill" - something that kills a good time.
"Buzzed" - slightly drunk or high on drugs.
"Dragging" - very tired.
