Like every new language is Dutch hard to start with, there are many rules that don't exist in other languages. I think you should start with the basics, how to introduce yourself, where do you live ... . When you know and understand these sentences, start to learn the basic verbs and start exploring the language.

I learned Dutch myself with two tutorials: grammar and Inburgering examen books. That's was enough for me, I reached "beginner" level in three month. Just listening and speaking are not excellent now, but I can read, write, listen to slow speech and a talk slowly.
there are a lot of tutorials in Internet. If you won't find any - ask me, I'll share with you my findings )
Good luck!
