Morning vs mornings?
In the meaning "every morning". For example: I have coffee in the morning(s) and tea in the evening(s)?

You could say it either way, but usually people use singular.

Incase if you drink coffee regularly at morning & evening, you can use Plural else u must use singular!!!

and you can say:I have coffee on mornings and tea on evenings?
