Morning vs mornings? In the meaning "every morning". For example: I have coffee in the morning(s) and tea in the evening(s)? Thank you)

You could say it either way, but usually people use singular.

Incase if you drink coffee regularly at morning & evening, you can use Plural else u must use singular!!!
