Noun:
A tube or lip projecting from a container, through which liquid can be poured: "a teapot with a chipped spout".
Verb:
Send out (liquid) forcibly in a stream: "volcanoes spouted ash and lava".

Many times spout can be used in English as a verb. You could say, "He spouted off about the score of the football game." It could mean he gave some information he should not have.
