That depends what you want to say:
1. a pepsi bottle (the bottle)
2. a bottle of pepsi (the drink)
1. a can of coke
2. a coca cola can
(It is not called a "coke can")

A coke can is an empty Coca cola can(Coca cola is also called Coke). A can of coke means a can with Coca cola in it. If you ask for a canned coke it means you want it in a can and bottled coke means you want it in a bottle. Some people like me don't like canned drinks so we ask for bottled drinks.
