What sentence is more correct (or correct)?
"can anyone help me?"
"can someone help me?"
"can somebody help me?"

You said, "can someone help me" twice.
They all mean the same, but "can anyone help me" has more of an edge of desperation to it.
It really depends on the context, but there isn't much between any of them.
It depends on the way you say them too, the intonation.

All are correct but we would usually say 'please' at the end of the sentence.
