In Japan, the phrase "Happy Valentine's day" is not widely used.
"Happy ~" is translated as "~ omedetou."
And "barentain-dei" is basically Valentine’s Day in a Japanese accent.
So you can say
"Happy barentain-dei"
or
"barentain omedetou."
