How do I say 'I don't feel like doing anything' in French?
Can I say 'Je n'ai pas envie de faire rien' or would that mean 'I feel like doing something' (because of the double negative)?

it's right just write " je n'ai pas envie de rien faire"
or you can say also " j'ai envie de rien faire"...
in French two negatives make a stronger negative ...and not " the negation of the negation of a thing is equivalent to without negation"
