Bonjour
The same difference as in English,
"en ce moment" = "in this (or that) moment"
"actuellement" = "actually"
"maintenant" = " now"

These words are very close, the difference is only a slight nuance. I'd say "maintenant" is rather limited to a shorter range of time than the others, and there may be also some kind of typical usage in some types of situation, but not much to care about when you want to be perfectly communicative.
