what is meant by i can barely move

"Barely" means same as "hardly",it doesn't mean "not at all" therefore i can barely move means i still can move but I'm having major difficulties with that.

means "I can hardly move".....I cannot move easily.

i think it means on cannot move at all. He or she is fixed
