!Ya no siga sin empleo! En la forma en que está construída esta frase, sirve para un anuncio publicitario de oferta de empleo:
¡"Sr. Sra. ¡ya no siga sin empleo! ... aquí le ofrecemos un trabajo en ....."!
Sería la forma como la utilizarían para hacer el anuncio. La palabra "Ya" sirve para enfatizar aquí un sentido de inmediatez que es útil para captar la atención de los interesados.

'YA' only use it when you're trying to emphatize the sentence, to remarke it or when you're trying to tell something has changed. In mexico is very useful
!Ya no siga sin empleo! - in this case, is necessary, 'cos it means they have now a job for you. (something has changed)
