Donde quiere comer?
Is this correct? Is quiere used to say 'do you want'?

¿Dónde quiere comer? = Where do you want to eat?
"Quiere" it's a formal way of saying (Usted). Normally you will say "quieres"

¿Donde quiere (usted) comer? En España se emplea "usted" como tratamiento de respeto o distanciamiento, aunque en muchos paises de latinoamerica se usa de manera cordial con familiares o amistades.Si querernos comunicarnos con alguien de confianza (en España) decimos "¿Donde quieres (tu) comer?

1. sustantivo for want of = por falta de
2. verbo transitivo querer; (need) necesitar; want to do something = querer hacer algo; I want to stay here = quiero quedarme aquí; do you want to come too? - no, I don't want to = ¿quieres venir tú también? - no, no quiero; you can have whatever you want= toma lo que quieras; it's not what I wanted = no es lo que quería; she wants you to go back = quiere que vuelvas; he wants a haircut = necesita un corte de pelo
3. verbo intransitivo he wants for nothing = no le falta nada
