Which is more common:"It helps me relax" or "It helps me TO relax"?
I have always thought that it`s better to use help without to, but the more I read the more I see the opposite of what I thought. Help TO understand!

Both are perfectly fine and grammatically correct. "Help" is one of those verbs which can work both with or without "to".

i will use, it helps me to relax
and without being a grammar nazi, i think, it helps me relax is wrong. :)
