a cow - Beef (and sometimes a specific kind: angus, veal) Steak, hamburger
a sheep - Lamb / Mutton
a pig - Pork - ham
a chicken - chicken
a fish - Fish (or a specific kind : red fish, soared fish... so on)

pig = pork
poultry or fowl= chicken /duck/geese
fish with fins = fish
shellfish= oysters, lobster, scallops, prawns.

Cow meat is called beef.
Sheep meat is called lamb.
Pig meat is pork.
Chicken and fish are simply called chicken and fish.
