شخصان مذكرين او مؤنثين=بارك الله فيكما
و لي اكثر من شخص مذكر =بارك الله فيكم
ولي اكثر من شخص مؤنث=بارك الله فيكن

.بارك الله فيك / فيكم bāraka Allah fīk / fīkum. s/p
And the common verbal response to another person's sneeze - if he said : Alhamdulillah "All praise is for Allah (God)"- is : يرحمكم الله (yarhamkom Allah) (God have mercy on you).
in English it is : God bless you, or : Gesundheit. and : Salud in Spanish.
