Human errors have been made on a daily basis... On a moment to moment basis (my mistake)...
Errors are a form of mistake.
Errors are when calculations are done incorrectly. When a computer has an error, it can often be followed back to an original human error.
Mistake is a broader term. It is any lapse in judgment... Eating to much, driving to fast, poorly chosen words, wrong calculations and much much more.
