A : 어떻게 지내세요? (How are you?)
B : 잘 지내요, 당신은요? (I am fine, how about you?)
A ; 괜찮아요? (Are you OK?)
B : 전 괜찮아요. 당신은요? (I am fine or I am OK , how about you?)
It would be changed according to asking form.
