Is it correct to say 네. 나는 그림은 그렸어요. = yes. I drew this drawing. ?

Yes I drew this drawing = 네, 제가 이 그림을 그렸어요. "네. 나는 그림은 그렸어요." in English would be something like, "yes, as far as the drawing goes, I drew it." with a slightly negative meaning implied.
