La forma corretta è:
ce n'è
CI davanti ai pronomi lo.la.li,le e ne diventa CE.

Ce=ci, qui/in questo posto
ne= (in genere) di quello, questo
è = verbo essere, is
"Ce ne è" or "ce n'è" = There is of that
E' chiaro ? :)
