Different levels of sadness in Chinese?
I already know one of the basic ways of saying "sad" in Chinese( 难过) but I'd like to know some other levels of sadness and different ways to express how sad someone is, i.e.
-depressed/depression
-grief
-sorrowanother example: "disappointed" or "let down". 谢谢大家!

-"disappointed" or "let down:失望、 沮丧。
-depressed/depression:郁闷、忧愁、忧伤。
-grief :悲哀、 痛苦
-sorrow:悲痛、 悲伤

there r so many word can express your sad mind coz there r so many 字。
so i think u can tell us the commonly used words in english and then let us help you find the corresponding chinese words. ^^
