I was wondering if you would like to join me for dinner/lunch at [name of restaurant].
This is a very casual and polite way to invite someone to a restaurant. The other two are fine, but sound a bit lifeless.
Inviting someone to a restaurant
Would you like to JOIN ME for dinner/lunch.....

The first sentence is very formal. To invite a close friend you may say:
Would you like to eat lunch/ dinner with me today/ tonight?
Would you like to come over for dinner or a tea ... tonight?
I would like to invite you to join me for dinner! ;)
