Nakaka-intindi po ba kayo ng Tagalog?
Nakaka-intindi = can understand
po = an honorific particle
kayo = you (plural); also used as a substitute for "ikaw/ka (you, singular)" in formal conversations
I hope this helps!
Kuon o inorimasu!
