What's the difference between "自動車()じどうしゃ)" and "車(くるま)"?
「じどうしゃ」 and 「くるま」 both can be translated as "car", what's the difference?

automobile=自動車
car=車、自動車、乗用車

自動車(じどうしゃ)like car,車(くるま)like vehicle,at least I think so.Hope can be a help
