The contracted form of "I am not" is "I'm not."
There isn't one for "am not." That's just slang for "I am not."

It's 'I amn't' for 'I am not'. But as far as I know it is only used in Ireland and Scotland. I have only heard Irish people use it but I have heard that it is also used in Scotland.
