what does "boy friend mo ba si balong" mean?
someone message me this and i dont under stand what it says.

In this context i think balong is a proper name rather than balong the ilocano generic term. the sentence is constructed in tagalog and in this context, what normally follows "si" should be a proper name.

Balong is an Ilocano generic name for boys.
That could be translated as "Is this guy your boyfriend?"
You must know who is the guy the speaker is referring to.
