日本字幕は単に「履歴書を持ってきています」でした。
この英文の「hard copy」とはどういう意味なのでしょうか?

A "hard copy" of a document is printed on paper. If you give a hard copy to someone, you hand them paper.
A "soft copy" is a computer file. If you give a soft copy of your resume to someone, you email it as an attachment, or give it to them on CD or thumb drive.
