What does Hoi Hoi and Chu mean? I hear them ofter but I'm not sure what they mean.

Hoi hoi (호이 호이) Chu (차 or 자) are just onomatopoeia and mimetic word. Hoi Hoi is used when you do something like magic. Chu (차 or 자) is used when you lift something heavy or to fill the silence in conversation. And those can be used in various meanings.
