Reach Out to Someone
In English, we use the phrase "to reach out to someone" when we put ourselves in contact with someone, epsecially to receive help, advice, etc. What is a good translation for "to reach out" in this sense?

There's no direct translation, or special phrase in spanish to say that. Some examples are:
- Si surge algún desperfecto, por favor contacte al servicio técnico --> "contactar a alguien"
- Ante cualquier duda, consulte a su médico --> "consultar a alguien"
- He tratado de comunicarme con ella, pero su teléfono estaba apagado --> "comunicarse con alguien"
And so on... if you have an example yourself in english, I can translate it to spanish.
Hope this helps!
