These are all British English terms (due to the nationally subjective nature of law, different English speaking countries will have different terms):
1. A prisoner on day release, someone on an electronic tag. someone on probation
2. Not sure what you mean here
3. An electronic tag

It has a several names
Arrest ankle bracelet
Ankle monitor
Ankle tether
It locks around a suspect's or criminal's ankle and notifies police when the person with the ankle monitor leaves a certain area.
It is often used with prisoners that have been released but are on parole (a probationary period after prison release).
