Yo diría algo así: You're just great! You're awesome! I like you so much! Claro que necesitas una expresión con algo de énfasis porque la expresión es fuerte en español.

Creo que significa "I like you". ¿Conociste a tu esposo? ¿Estoy invitado a la boda? jaja
