1) For informal writing, I love you equals '我鍾意你' in Cantonese.
I =我
Love= 鍾意
You =你
2) For formal writing, I love you equals '我愛你'.

It's a cultural thing, we don't really say '我愛你' very often;
Most of the time we opt to use the english form instead.
我鍾意你 translate more to "I like you" in stead, so not as deep as "love愛".
