what des the expression "Use it in good health" mean?
I saw the expression in Med Man, when Pete got a toy gun from the shop and show it in front of the boys. Then Paul said "Use it in good health". One explanation was that it means "We are happy that you like it", is that right? Thanks a lot.

It is really a combination of two wishes:
I hope you enjoy it
AND
I wish you good luck and good health.
It conveys two wishes with one sentence.
You will also see "wear it in good health" when somebody gives a gift of clothing. It amounts to the same two wishes.
