"eye-talk-eye" or "eye-talky". Which pronunciation is better and its implication? Tkx.

I pronounce it eye-talk-eye.
This is because I read the 'I' before and after 'talk' as the English first person pronoun. This makes sense to me as it expresses two individuals talking together.
But that's just the feeling I had when I first saw the word.

Interesting question. I will say eye-talkie because it sounds more natural to me.

Eye-talky as in "I talk" and perhaps "walky-talky" (walkie-talkie) seems natural to me.
