i've got a form to fill. But I'm not sure how to fill up "Nationality". China or Chinese??

For a form, use Chinese.

I live in China. (place)
I am a Chinese. (people)
I like Chinese food. (adjective to describe food)
Nationality: Chinese, British, etc

you should write Chine. Nationalty means which countries citizen you are. it is equal to citizenship
