paradigm is actually the noun being modified by: marketing and multi-layered.
marketing paradigm (a paradigm in the field of marketing or related to marketing)
EXAMPLE: There are many new marketing paradigms because of internet.
multi-layered means 'of many levels' , meaning not just one, but many.
EXAMPLE: The government proposed a multi-layered plan to improve the economy.
So "a multi-layered marketing paradigm" probably refers to those marketing paradigms that have many levels, stages or processes.
EXAMPLE: New marketing paradigms have emerged and are multi-layered because many strategies deal with different types of consumers.
(I don't have a marketing degree so I cannot give specific examples.)
I hope my explanation helps.
